Returns & Refunds

●Custom framing is non-refundable once materials are cut. However, customer

satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If not completely satisfied with the custom

frame, mat or glass, you can return and choose a different product with zero cost

to you. If you choose a more expensive product, you are required to pay

the difference in price for the product. Lesser costsare not refunded due to labour charges. If the mounting style differs, you will be required to pay additional costs.

●Ready-made frames may be returned within 7 days with receipt as are sold as is.​
